Taxes: current Hawaii state tax: 4.166% plus room tax: 7.25
Maximum guestroom capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. Children 17 years and under are complimentary in the same room, utilizing existing bedding when traveling with an adult. The $60.00 third person charge applies to a third adult occupying the same room. A roll away bed is included in this charge.

Group rates will be honored three (3) days prior and three (3) days after ain departure dates, based on space availability.
Reservations: Individual members attending the 2009 Hawaii Seminar of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association are to call the reservations line directly to make their reservations. A one night deposit will be required at the time of booking. Deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled and notice is received by the Maui Prince Hotel no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival date. All written requests are on a a first come-first served, space available basis.
